I needed a particular type of keypad lock and to be precoded. Borg lock took my order and delivered the lock within the agreed time frame, ordered Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday.

After 10 years of heavy duty we had to replace our original 2000 series Borg Lock that I only bought because it was heavily discounted in a hardware store.
I was impressed with the equipment and re-ordered the same from the web site. Easy to find and navigate, all dimensions etc fully available and ordering was simple. The follow up with delivery and tracking was excellent and item delivered exactly on time.
Support items such as replacement instructions and templates were downloadable.
I have recommended the company to friends and will continue to do so.
